Command

Stop assembling the truth about your own marketing.

You should not need five logins, three reports, a spreadsheet and a meeting to work out whether your marketing is working and what your agency is actually doing. Command is how Five Door Media removes that problem for the companies we work with.

The usual experience

Nothing is broken. It is just scattered.

Ad platforms, analytics, CRM, project systems, email, reports, meetings, documents. Every one of them does its job. You are the one left assembling them into an answer.

  • Is my marketing actually working?
  • What is Five Door working on?
  • What needs my attention?
  • Are leads becoming customers?
  • What business results are being created?
  • What happens next?

The problem is not that there are too many tools. The problem is fragmented truth and unclear accountability.

Command

Your marketing shouldn't be a mystery.

Command is Five Door Media's client and account intelligence platform. It brings marketing performance, leads, sales, communication, work, reporting and account history into one place, so clients can understand what is happening and Five Door can manage the account without hunting across disconnected tools.

Command gives Five Door clients one place to see what their marketing is doing, what Five Door is working on, what needs their attention, and how marketing is translating into real business results.

Command is part of the Five Door client experience. It is not sold separately, and there is nothing to sign up for.

  • Not just a dashboard
  • Not a replacement for your ad platforms or CRM
  • Not a product you buy
Client Pulse

The first thing you see is the answer.

Client Pulse is the home view inside Command. Four questions, answered before you scroll.

Results
What the marketing is producing right now, in the areas we are actually responsible for.
What Five Door is working on
In progress and recently completed work on your account.
We Need From You
The short list of things waiting on your side, so nothing stalls quietly for three weeks.
Next Up
What happens next, so you are never guessing where the engagement is headed.

The intent is roughly ten seconds of clarity: open Command and understand the state of the engagement.

Marketing to business

Leads are not the finish line.

A lead count tells you the top of the chain is moving. It does not tell you whether those inquiries turned into booked work, customers, or revenue. That is the part most cleaning companies never get a straight answer on.

Where the necessary client data and integrations are available, Command can bring marketing and sales information closer together. Where that data is not connected, we say so rather than inventing a number. Command does not promise perfect attribution, not every account has every data source connected, and Command does not create revenue, the business does.

Where CRM data is connected, the Sales area can show

  • Leads
  • Pipeline stages
  • Opportunities
  • Won and lost outcomes
  • Sales economics where the data supports it

Accountability

You can see what we are doing.

Command is not only pointed at your results. It is pointed at us.

Clients can see the work in progress on their account, what was recently completed, what needs their attention, and what is scheduled next. That is a deliberate choice. An agency that is comfortable showing its work week to week is an agency you can hold to something.

Reporting

A report that arrives with its context attached.

Reporting inside Command is part of the same connected experience rather than a PDF that lands in an inbox without the account around it. Marketing Reports sit alongside Report History, so progress can be read over time instead of month to month.

  • Executive summary
  • Meta
  • Google Ads
  • Organic search
  • Local search
  • Business results
  • Highlights
  • Five Door commentary

Reporting is scope-aware. Sections reflect the services we actually run for you, not every client receives every section, and data that is unavailable is shown as unavailable rather than as zero.

Behind the scenes

Your account has a memory.

Command also holds the account context and history our own team works from: what has been tried, what was decided, what changed and when. That means fewer conversations that start from zero and less time spent hunting for information.

Client-facing Command and the staff-facing side are intentionally different. Command Concierge supports our team's account context. It is a secondary capability, not the reason Command exists, and it does not make the decisions on your marketing. People do.

The benefit to you: better context can lead to better-informed conversations and decisions on your account.

The Five Door Method

Better visibility across the same areas we diagnose.

Command gives Five Door clearer visibility across many of the same areas we evaluate through the Five Door Method. It does not run the Method for us, the diagnosis is work our team does.

One connected experience

The whole relationship, in one place.

You should not have to reconstruct the agency relationship out of disconnected systems.

What you see is scoped to your engagement. If we do not run a service for you, it does not clutter your view.

Next step

Command comes with working together.

Command is not sold separately and there is nothing to sign up for. It is part of what it looks like to be a Five Door Media client. Book a call and we will start with what is actually holding your growth back.
